1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password. When you connect your ecommerce stores (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce), we access order data, product data, and fee information through authorized API integrations. We do not store your marketplace passwords or payment card details directly.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to calculate profitability metrics, generate AI-powered recommendations, and display analytics dashboards. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms. We will never sell your personal data or individual business data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (such as privacy-respecting analytics tools) to understand how our product is used. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate OmniCogs:

  • Supabase — database and authentication hosting
  • Vercel — application hosting and CDN
  • LemonSqueezy — payment processing and subscription billing
  • OpenAI — AI-powered recommendation engine (anonymized data only)

Each third-party processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data and store connections within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@omnicogs.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Data Security

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and follow industry best practices for access control. API tokens for connected stores are encrypted and stored securely. We conduct regular security reviews.
